weekly weigh in: –1.4 pounds

i didn’t do very good at sticking to my plan today. the blender wasn’t clean, so i didn’t have a smoothie. i was supposed to have salad for lunch, but i’d already used up 2 of the heads of lettuce i got from AFM and i didn’t want to cut up the other ones yet, because i work this weekend and they’re more likely to last longer whole. i also forgot to soak the chickpeas for the moraccan chicken. i keep my meats in my dad’s big freezer at his house and pick them up from him once a week, so i couldn’t use anything else but chicken. so i had to switch dinners around with the next available chicken meal, which happened to be chicken alfredo. i hate switching meals around. it becomes a slippery slope, and my diet tends to go to hell.  though, i managed to not only stay in my points, but accidently went under, so i guess it wasn’t so bad.

i’ve become quite fond of chef boyardee’s 99% fat free ravioli. 6 points for a whole can, compared to 10 in the regular. great easy lunch when i’m feeling lazy. i can’t even tell the difference from the regular. i saw some pictures of some cheese one’s too, but i’ve only ever seen the beef in stores around here. i hope they expand the line. i would eat low point beefaroni until i was so sick of it i’d never want to see a little tubenoodle again. lol
