10 – ceasar chicken

3T olive oil – 11 points
1 1/2 T lemon juice – 0 points
1 t worcestershire  sauce – 0 points
1 t dijon mustard – 0 points
3/4 t garlic salt – 0 points
1/8 t pepper – 0 points
4 (1.5 lbs) boneless skinless chicken breast halves – 20 points
2/3 cup finely crushed, seasoned croutons – 5 points
1/3 cup parmesan cheese  – 4 points

in a large zip top bag mix oil, juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper
add chicken, seal bags, and shake to mix and thoroughly coat chicken. refrigerate 15 minutes or more.
on shallow plate, mix crushed croutons and cheese.
remove chicken from marinade and coat.
place in greased shallow pan and drizzle remaining marinade over chicken.
back at 400F for 18 minutes, or until juices run clean when punctured by fork.
